İsfanbul-Vialand, presenting Turkey's first international mega theme park, exhibition center and shopping center with a unique concept and the construction for which began in September 2011 with the joint venture of Via Properties and Gürsoy Group, was built in Eyüp, the heart of Istanbul. Aiming to be the true destination for shopping and entertainment, İsfanbul-Vialand is now welcoming its guests.
With an investment total of TL 1,150,000,000, İsfanbul-Vialand is situated in a 600,000 m2 field in the Eyüp and Gaziosmanpasa Municipality borders. With the TEM Highway to the North and E5 Highway to the South, the project has become a first in the world in terms of its concept. The size of almost 100 football fields, İsfanbul-Vialand provides alternatives suitable for any age and preference with its 110,000 m2 rentable commercial area, 8000 vehicle capacity (4500 enclosed, 3500 outdoors) parking lot and the wide spectrum of brands it caters for within its shopping avenues. While the Castle, rising magnificently over a 2000 m2 area in the entrance of the İsfanbul-Vialand mega theme park, provides guests with a glimpse into magical worlds, the main avenue presents different architectural sceneries by reenacting old Istanbul's daily life.
